Day 7 - Dam Rain

It's been over 10 years since Perseverance Dam has had water flow over the wall, and that was a photo opportunity I couldn't miss.  A quick drive out and scout around came up with this hand held picture.  Ideally I would have used the tripod but it was still raining and I had to be quick.  This photo summaries the weather at the moment.  Once there was drought, now the dams are full and the rain doesn't look like stopping.

Technical:
ISO 100
EF17-40 @ 40mm
F/22
1/4 Shutter (not ideal for hand-held but wanted the glassy water)
