These girls are totally nuts. What an awesome night. The Toowoomba City Rollers had a home ground bout against the Epic Northern Roller Girls. Despite the girls losing, the crowd got right behind the local girls for what was a very entertaining sport. The whole roller derby scene seems to be alive in Toowoomba which is fantastic to see. I will be getting in contact with the girls to see if I can do some more work with them... and I might see if Wendy will pull on a set of skates and give it a go.
